Sustainable Profit Improvement (SPI)
Sustainable Profit Improvement (SPI) is an intensive two-day indoctrination of the principles and techniques that Carpédia employs on its projects. SPI is designed to provide managers with the understanding, skills and tools required to generate sustainable results in a business operation. During actual projects, Client managers receive training similar to what is being presented in the SPI program (although the training is spread over a ten week period). SPI is designed to deepen the understanding or refresh those who experienced the initial training, as well as introduce the key principles to those managers hired or promoted after the original project was completed.
