In process-oriented environments, we help management schedule resources and output
around the operations limiting constraints (process bottlenecks). In fabrication
and assembly operations, we help management schedule and adjust available resources
to match the fluctuations in customer demand. We use both six sigma and lean techniques
and improve existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. We have worked
in light and heavy equipment operations and we have worked equally well in unionized
