Carpédia works with
a number of companies (typically fairly large companies) to
help them develop their own internal consulting resources.
Most of these companies have tried to roll out a program of
some kind (such as Six Sigma) but found the investment was
greater than the realized benefits. We work with these firms
to streamline the overhead often associated with these departments
and to focus on putting more financial accountability into
the improvement initiatives and into the internal performance
improvement departments.
