Carpédia partners with merchant banks and private equity firms to help them determine if there is value that can be extracted from potential investments or current holdings. We help determine the magnitude, the timing and the practical feasibility of recovering value from a company. For new investments, this can be helpful in not only assessing the potential value in moving forward but also for establishing and negotiating prices. Carpedia’s rapid 2-4 week analysis process quickly determines the relative capability and capacity of an organization along the dimensions of process and management systems and behaviors. We assess the potential to improve the company operations, the associated investment and timing and the resulting cash flow improvement. We also work with PE firms to implement these programs and to improve the operating cash flows of their holdings. Virtually all of our improvement programs require no additional capital or technology expenditures.
