Carpedia’s rapid 2-4 week analysis process quickly determines the relative capability and capacity of an organization along the dimensions of process and management systems and behaviors. We assess the potential to improve the company operations, the associated investment and timing and the resulting cash flow improvement. We also work with PE firms to implement these programs and to improve the operating cash flows of their holdings. Virtually all of our improvement programs require no additional capital or technology expenditures.
