Carpédia works with
companies in many different industries to help them manage
their supply chain more effectively. Our work in supply chain
improvement is often driven by a company’s desire to
improve service, shorten order cycle times and reduce capital
costs (e.g. space and tied up inventory). We work with managers
from many functional areas to streamline the flow of goods
through the business, reduce supply and distribution costs,
and improve inventory management. We work at the front end
of the supply chain (vendor selection and raw material inventory
management) through the fulfillment process (order scheduling
and work in process inventories) and at the back end (product
distribution and final goods inventories).
